A Good Laugh & Some Good News

So my mom and I were talking online today and I was telling her how I feel like there is a mini tornado in my tummy. This "morning sickness" I guess you can call it lasts pretty much all day and my stomach just turns and turns and turns in circles. Its not horrible or anything, but it is a strange feeling. Anyway, so after I tell my mom this she says to me, "You should give it the nickname Taz". You know as in Tasmanian Devil!!! I thought that was so clever and soooo cute, that that's the baby's new nickname. And if its anything like Sean you know it will be its nickname for years to come.

After that short conversation I jumped into the shower and headed to the doctor's office to get some blood work done as conformation. Not for me of course, I know I'm pregnant. I guess the OB's what doctor's conformation before they will except you as a patient... that's news to me!!! So I went there to get the work done thinking that I don't have any insurance and this is going to cost us another $240. Well, when I got home I decided to call the insurance place to make sure that in August we are set up with the right insurance plan so that all my new medical expenses will be covered. The lady, her name was Maria, was VERY helpful on the phone and told me some wonderful news! We are covered for the month of June! Which meant that the blood work will be 80% covered. I don't know about you but I would much rather pay $50 than $240 even if we did have the money for it. She also told me that our plan has a co-pay for the prenatal, postnatal, and delivery of $250 (together, I made sure to ask that they weren't all separate) and 80% of the baby's expenses will be covered along with 80% of lab and ultra sound expenses will be covered (those ones are separate). Although I know I probably will still have quite the large amount of bills to pay, I am so excited that we have such great insurance. Sean is never not allowed to work again...lol She also told me that the insurance will be cover me for this month, but maybe not the month of July since he didn't work all that much in May. But then we will get all the coverage back again in August. I am so excited for this whole process.

Not to mention that I just got a call from US bank asking me to interview for a Job, things are lookin up, they are really lookin up :)
