Quick and easy dinner

Just wanted to share this chicken wrap recipe with all of you. I got it from Willamette's cafeteria when I went to school there and its so yummy we probably have it at least twice a month and eat off it for a few days each time.

Ingredients:
Breaded chicken patty (or grilled chicken if you want to be healthier)
shredded lettuce
shredded cheese
sliced cucumbers (optional)
rice
ranch dressing
large tortillas (doesn't matter what kind, reg, wheat, tomato, spinach they all taste amazing!)

Grill or bake your chicken patties and make your rice (try to get it done at the same time so everything is hot. While those are cooking cut up lettuce, tomato, and cucumber

warm up tortilla and use ingredients to make a wrap, cover in ranch (some people use honey mustard or hot sauce, its all up to you) wrap it up and enjoy!!! So good and takes like 20 min to make :)
