18 weeks and counting

Well we are at 18 weeks which means one week away from finding out if its a boy or a girl and 2 weeks from hitting the half way mark!! The time seems to be just flying by. They say the first 2 trimesters are the first half of the pregnancy and the last trimester is the last half. I could see this happening to us for sure!!! 

This picture was taken a week ago @ 17 weeks. The bump was seemed so big at the time, but I was wrong..lol. It is always going to seem bigger until the next week and then I take a picture the next week and BAM! its bigger. Now, I'm not stupid, I understand that this is the concept that comes with being pregnant, you just don't usually imagine yourself there until you are already there. 

  

These pictures were taken by Sean today :) You see what I mean by it growing!! LOL!  Its a great experience though. Sometimes I think I feel the baby move, but other times I think its just gas or bloating. Who knows. I think seeing the baby move and feeling at the same time will help me know what is actually going on in there. Sometimes I wish I just had my own ultrasound machine so I could look anytime I wanted. Well, its time for bed and Sean claims he is going to give me a good old back rub, so I am off to bed to try and get some sleep. Who knows how well that will happen with the amount of times I have to get up to go potty :-)
